The Experience
What a session looks like.
A straightforward look at how sessions work — from your first message to the moments after you leave the table.

Before your session
A short conversation first.
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or a plan. Before we begin, Jason will ask a few practical questions: how you are feeling, where you are holding tension, pressure preferences, areas to focus on and anything you would rather he skip.
This is also the time to mention injuries, sensitivities or a preference for quiet versus conversation. Everything shared here shapes the session that follows.
During your session
You stay in control the whole time.
Speak up whenever you want. Pressure, pacing, positioning, temperature, music, whether or not to talk — all of it can be adjusted at any point. Nothing is assumed.
You can request more work in a specific area, ask Jason to move on, take a break or end the session early. None of that requires an explanation.
Draping stays in place throughout, and the practice is strictly professional and non-sexual. If a question comes up about how something works, ask.

After your session
Take a minute before rushing off.
Sit up slowly, drink some water and give yourself a few minutes before driving or jumping back into your day. It is common to notice looser range of motion, softer breathing or simply a quieter head.
If something felt especially useful — or something you would like handled differently next time — say so. That feedback shapes your next session.
Ready when you are.
Booking is handled by call or text. Jason will confirm the details with you directly.
