Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who visits this website or books a session with Touch Reimagined. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Services description

Touch Reimagined provides professional, non-sexual, consent-centered touch and bodywork services. Sessions are therapeutic and wellness-oriented and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care.

2. Booking and confirmation

Appointments are booked directly by calling or texting. Your appointment is confirmed once I respond with a date, time, and any preparation details. Please arrive at the agreed time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

I respect your time and ask that you respect mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to confirm in advance.

4. Consent and boundaries

Consent is ongoing and essential. You may pause, modify, or end a session at any time, for any reason. The practice is strictly non-sexual. Any behavior that violates professional boundaries or makes either party uncomfortable will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Health and safety

Please share any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your session. I reserve the right to decline or modify a session if it is not safe or appropriate for your stated condition.

6. Liability

Touch Reimagined is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the website or services, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. By booking a session, you acknowledge that touch and bodywork carry inherent risks and you participate voluntarily.

7. Changes to these terms

I may revise these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
